What this website stores

Your chosen username, hashes of your password and recovery code, account creation date, active sessions, and support requests. No email address, payment card, audio, or translated conversation is required to create an account.

Cookies and security

A secure cookie is used only for your session and form protection. There are no ads, third-party analytics, or tracking cookies. Abuse controls use hashed technical identifiers for a limited period. Server logs may contain your IP address, requested path, and request time.

Retention and deletion

Your account and requests remain available until account deletion. Sessions expire after 12 hours and abuse controls after their control window. You can export your data and delete your account from your account page. Daily backup copies are retained for up to seven days.

The website and app are separate

Account linking and web purchases are not activated. The website does not read your iPhone Keychain or conversations. In the app, cloud mode uses OpenAI for submitted recordings and translations. Your personal key stays in the iPhone Keychain.

Your data requests

Use the export and deletion functions in your account. For a question, submit a support request from your account. The publisher’s complete legal information must be finalized before sales open.
